Calls we handle for towing companies
Every missed tow call is a job for a competitor. A person answering, fast, wins it.
- Roadside and accident tows
- Lockouts, jump-starts and tire changes
- Motor club and fleet calls
- Police and rotation-list requests
- Private property and impound calls
- Impound release information
- Long-distance and heavy-duty quotes
How dispatch works
- A representative answers in your company’s name and confirms the caller is safe.
- Location and vehicle are captured exactly: road, direction, mile marker or cross street, make, model, color.
- Your on-call driver is dispatched by call or text, and the representative keeps trying until a driver accepts.
- The caller gets an ETA and every call is recorded and time-stamped.
