  • Rural water systems
  • Wastewater and sewer districts
  • Public works departments

How urgent calls reach you

  1. A representative answers in your utility’s name with your approved script.
  2. Emergency? Your on-call operator or crew supervisor is reached by your rules.
  3. Known outage? Representatives give callers your approved update, so your crew can work instead of answering phones.
  4. Every report is logged with address, time and callback, and every call is recorded.

Questions

Can you handle a surge of calls during an outage?

Yes. During a main break or storm, more representatives answer your line, and callers hear your approved update instead of a busy signal.

Can you post outage updates you send us?

Yes. Send us the update and representatives use it on every call until you change it.

How much does an answering service cost?

Our plans run from $75 to $999 per 4-week billing period, with 50 to 1,000 minutes included. Extra minutes are $1.05 to $1.25 depending on the plan. There is a one-time $50 setup fee and a refundable deposit equal to one plan rate.

Is there a contract?

No long-term contract. There is a one-month minimum, then service continues month to month. Give 30 days’ written notice to cancel and your deposit is returned once your account is paid in full.
