How urgent calls reach your on-call team

  1. A representative answers in your hospice’s name, calmly and without rushing.
  2. Death or crisis call? The on-call nurse is paged immediately and the family is told when to expect a call.
  3. No response? The representative works your escalation list, then your clinical manager, until someone is reached.
  4. Every call is logged and recorded with time stamps for your documentation.
